Shipping
- All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from Los Angeles, CA within 2 days of payment(excluding weekends).
- Delivery confirmation is added for your security.
- Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95.
- Heartworks By Lori accepts no responsibility for lost packages if delivery has been confirmed at the destination.
- Free Shipping on all orders of $100 or more!
- All CA customers will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
- Every piece of jewelry is beautifully packaged in a box with a ribbon, ready for gift giving or for personal use.
If ordering outside the United States, please e-mail me at lori@heartworksbylori.com to make sure I ship to your destination and to ensure the best shipping method for your country. Most shipments will be by Global Priority Mail and will arrive 5-11 business days after payment clears.
Sorry, I cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns
When you're happy, I'm happy. I stand behind the craftsmanship of my jewelry, but if, for some reason, you are unhappy with your order, I will accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Please contact me at lori@heartworksbylori.com and provide a reason for return. Returns will only be accepted when given a Return Authorization Number. Jewelry must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attatched in it's original box. Please ship it back to me in the same way it was sent to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
I am happy to offer repairs free of charge if the breakage is due to a defect in materials. If a problem is due to negligence(if your baby yanks your necklace off your neck) or just an accident, I offer repairs with charges based on the materials supplied and/or the labor involved. Please contact me and I'd be happy to discuss it.
